This piece was inspired by a friend and former Maidstone Assistant Professional, Brian Blomberg, who sadly passed away in Sept. 2020 after a yearlong battle with Ewing Sarcoma (a cancer that most often occurs in and around bones).

His passion for the game -- especially helping others improve theirs -- and love for Maidstone was evident in every conversation I'd have with him and I've been wanting to create something that he himself would hang proudly on his wall.

Proceeds from this piece will be donated in Brian's name to Wings for Ewing Sarcoma, whose mission is finding a cure for Ewing Sarcomaand empowering childhood cancer patients.
